He has extensive hands-on experience in program management, infrastructure project management, and the full spectrum of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, release, capacity, and availability management. Raghava has successfully managed large teams in an onshore-offshore model and is well-versed in both PMI and ITIL concepts.
