Laura Zlendich is Head of Program & Payroll Delivery at Mivada, bringing over twenty years of hands-on experience in People Systems implementation, HR technology, and programme delivery.
Laura is known for her practical approach to leading large, complex projects—building delivery teams, guiding clients through every stage of transformation, and ensuring operational success long after go-live. Her career spans senior roles in major organisations across the retail, infrastructure, and consulting sectors, including Woolworths Group, John Holland, and EG Group.
Laura’s expertise covers the full system lifecycle—from project design and integration to supporting clients in optimising processes and solving real-world challenges in day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, she enjoys travel, embracing her Croatian heritage, and supporting pancreatic and kidney cancer research through community involvement.
