As Chief Technology Officer, Mark Allen leads the service lines that deliver for Mivada’s clients. These are Workday, Payroll Managed Services, Data & AI, Automation, Cloud & Engineering, Application Managed Services, and Program Delivery and Governance. Mark joined the executive team in 2026, but his connection to Mivada goes back to its earliest days, having known and worked with CEO Rama Madivada since 2008. 

Mark has more than 20 years of senior technology leadership across some of Australia’s best-known public and private sector organisations. Most recently he was Technology Delivery Director at Western Sydney International Airport, delivering the technology systems for Australia’s first new international airport in over 50 years. Before that he was the airport’s Chief Architect. He has also led technology at Qantas, Queensland Airports Limited and Amart Furniture, and was ranked #23 in the CIO Top 50 for 2018. 

Mark sees himself as a people leader first. He builds IT teams that love what they do and keeps client relationships going for the long term. At Mivada, he is focused on keeping delivery standards high as the business scales, putting governance in place that keeps up with that growth, and building AI into how Mivada delivers for clients. He also aims to ensure that Mivada continues to be somewhere consultants can build real careers.
