Raghava Akula leads Mivada’s India Service Delivery team, bringing more than 20 years of experience in technical leadership, IT service management, and enterprise consulting across the USA, Australia, and India. Since joining Mivada, Raghava has been instrumental in expanding the India team fivefold, establishing robust delivery capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture that reflects Mivada’s global standards.
With deep expertise in programme management, infrastructure delivery, and IT service excellence, Raghava is adept at guiding large, distributed teams and delivering complex projects in onshore-offshore environments. Beyond service delivery, he is passionate about developing talent and leads Mivada’s India graduate programme, nurturing early-career professionals and building a strong, future-ready team. Raghava is known for driving accountability, transparency, and empowerment, setting a benchmark for operational excellence within the organisation.
